      • Greener World - Pat Lenz - contractor issue - overcharge by $153 (contract $2500)
        • Will also weed tot lot
        • Frank Best moves to pay $153 approved unanimously
        • Andrew moves to ask to weed tot lot - accepted unanimously
      • Moorings Drive Lights (1684, 1678, 1672)
        • Can't get response from Dominion
        • Will seek legal counsel to get Dominion moving
      • Counsel will also come discuss mechanisms to enforce maintenance
        • Cost $300/hr
        • Jeff and Tim will meet separately with Pia to get approval
      • Tree work issue at 1624.
        • Lakeview tree fell on our property, but ass'n unresponsive
      • Pest control to remove yellow jacket's nest from tot lot
        • Jack will handle
      • Eurichs would like speedbump like one on Moorings
        • Motion to spend $350 on speedbump by Frank Best - approved unanimously
