      • Homeowner Jeffrey Ritter present to discuss
        • Trends he wants to speak about...
          • Parking - visitor spaces supposed to be for visitors, but used as overflow parking for residents
            • Proposes homeowners use only reserved space + garage
            • Guest spots moved to Moorings - in one case 3 vehicles
            • Feels permanent overflow vehicles need to be limited
            • Notes vehicles stored in guest spaces with auto covers
          • At least one resident uses property as staging for commercial business

            • continue to use despite complaint
            • cluster parking areas should not be used for commercial vehicles
            • asks that Cluster enforce existing rule
          • Respect for common areas
            • Large boat too large to dock in lake
            • Says Cluster entitled to set rules regarding shorelines
            • Proposes limits to large boats (e.g. 12.5 feet tall)
            • Limit boat height to 36 inches above the water (allows property owners an unblocked water view)
